Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 36 reviews.
I would buy it again. It was a great experience, and the customer service was excellent.
Not flawless, but for the price—custom work, stones, metal—worth it!
Large size gives great presence. Looks stylish with tees or hoodies.
Customer service helped adjust my photo and sent a preview. Really attentive to details.
Looks stunning in pictures! Got tons of compliments on social media.
Great for remembrance. I had it made for my late pet—so meaningful.
Used an old photo, and it came out surprisingly sharp. I was impressed!
The overall design is bold. At 70mm, it's eye-catching—people ask about it all the time.
My photo was dark, so it came out a bit blurry. A little disappointed.
Kind of wish I’d picked a smaller size—it’s not for everyday wear.
Gave it as a Qixi gift to my boyfriend—he couldn’t stop smiling!
Some minor flaws in photo edges—maybe compression-related?
I picked rose gold—it’s soft, elegant, and perfect for daily wear.
Has a real sense of meaning—perfect for memory or couple gifts.
The stones are decent, but don’t expect real diamonds. Fair for the price.
Overall nice, but wish the engraving on the back allowed more text.
Shipped 3 days after ordering, arrived on day 7. Faster than expected!
They say '3D effect,' but it’s more like a magnified glass layer. Still cool.
First time trying custom jewelry—turned out beautifully.
Final product matched the preview exactly—no surprises.
Clear photos definitely look better. My friend’s blurry one came out so-so.
70mm is a bit big—feels heavy on my neck as a girl. Think twice on size.
Gave it to my mom—she was so touched. Kept saying how thoughtful it was.
Shipping was slow, but it was worth the wait once I opened it.
Lighter than I expected, so it’s comfy to wear for long hours.
Dropped it once—no damage at all. Solid quality!
The gold plating is super shiny—especially under light. Looks flashy!
Craftsmanship is detailed. The stones are set evenly and nothing's fallen out. Worth the price.
Packaging was okay but not fancy. I'd add a gift box if giving it to someone.
My boyfriend thinks it’s too big for guys. Bit of regret choosing this size.
The chain isn’t very strong, but the pendant itself is solid.
The pendant is here! The photo is super clear and looks almost 3D—like a miniature painting. Love it!
I chose platinum—it's subtle and not too flashy. Fits me well.
Has a slight plastic feel on the back, but the front looks great.
I would like a new one please the resin is all messed up. The pictures online are show smooth resin, and I've bought from you guys before and it didn't look like this. If I could get a new order with expedited processing and shipping that would be great. This was a gift and I need it by next weekend please and thank you.
3D Photo Customized Pendant - 70mm
Store owner replied: We’re sorry the resin finish was disappointing, Christopher, especially on a gift and after your earlier experience with us. Please contact us privately with your order number and current timing needs so we can review the finish issue and replacement or shipping options. We’ll need to confirm availability before promising a delivery date.
